By accessing or using Reunion.School ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

Reunion.School provides a platform for organizing and managing reunions, including but not limited to:

Creating and managing reunion events
Managing member lists and contact information
RSVP and ticketing management
Payment collection and processing
Photo sharing and memory book creation
Communication tools for reunion members

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code
Harass, abuse, or harm other users
Send spam or unsolicited communications
Impersonate any person or entity
Collect or harvest user information without consent
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

5. Content

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you upload to the Service ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

You are solely responsible for your User Content. You represent that you have all necessary rights to upload and share such content, and that your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

Certain features of the Service require payment. By purchasing a plan or making a payment:

You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your account
You authorize us to charge your payment method for any fees incurred
All purchases are final unless otherwise stated in our refund policy
You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your purchases

7. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days for a full refund. Refunds do not apply to fees collected on behalf of reunion organizers through the payment processing features.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Reunion.School and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REUNION.SCHOOL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
